Supports the HR team with day-to-day operations and some strategic initiatives. Focus areas: recruiting support, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR process improvements & Payroll support. Key Responsibilities: Recruiting Support: post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, assist with offers. Onboarding: streamline new-hire onboarding for a smooth experience. Employee Relations: answer policy/benefits questions; escalate complex issues. Performance & Development: assist with reviews, goals, and development plans. Benefits & Payroll Support: help with benefits enrolment and data accuracy. Compliance & Records: maintain HRIS records, assist with audits Training: schedule and track mandated and optional training. HR Operations: Maintain reports (turnover, time-to-fill, headcount); support process improvements. Administrative: calendar management, prepare reports and communications. Qualifications: Education: MBA -HR Experience: 25 years in HR Skills: strong communication, organization, confidentiality, data literacy; proficient in HRIS/ATS; MS Office/Google Workspace.
