Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team in a website development company. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our web development and digital services, generating leads, and setting up appointments for our sales or technical team. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or leads. - Explain the company’s website development and digital marketing services clearly and effectively. - Generate leads and schedule appointments for the business development/sales team. - Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email. - Maintain a daily report of calls and lead status using CRM tools or Excel. - Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate services or solutions. - Build and maintain a strong client relationship to ensure future business. - Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions. Requirements: - Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any field. - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages. - Confidence and a pleasant telephone manner. - Ability to handle rejection and remain positive. - Basic knowledge of website design, digital marketing, or IT services is a plus. - Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software is an advantage. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a good team player.
