Job Title: Petrol Pump Executive Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Petrol Pump Executive to manage daily operations, assist customers with fuel services, and ensure smooth functioning of the petrol pump. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in fueling their vehicles. Ensure safety standards are followed while dispensing fuel. Handle cash/UPI/credit card transactions and issue proper receipts. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pump area. Monitor fuel stock and inform the manager of requirements. Check and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning. Promote and upsell additional services/products (oil, lubricants, etc.). Handle customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently. Maintain daily sales and transaction records. Requirements:Minimum qualification: minimum 10th pass Prior experience in customer service, retail, or petrol pump operations preferred. Basic knowledge of handling cash and POS machines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in shifts and handle physical tasks. Honest, reliable, and customer-focused.
