Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, or equivalent. Experience: 1–5 years in Bright Bar / Rolling Mill / Heat Treatment / Machining industry (preferred). Freshers with strong technical skills may also apply. As per industry standards based on experience and skill level. Overtime + Attendance Bonus + PF/ESI (if applicable). Willing to work in shifts. Physically fit for shop-floor inspection. Good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of Bright Bar manufacturing processes. Understanding of steel grades (EN, SAE, DIN, IS equivalents).
