About the job: Key responsibilities - CNC & Mozaik (Fresher Role): 1. CNC Machine Operations Learn to operate high-precision 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines Understand wood materials, tooling, and safety protocols Assist in setting up and executing production programs Monitor machine output for accuracy and quality Coordinate with supervisors for troubleshooting and daily output goals 2. Mozaik Software Training & Execution Learn to use Mozaik Design-to-Cut software for modular furniture programming Create optimized cut lists, labels, and CNC codes based on project drawings Assist design and production teams in translating customer orders into executable files Support the nesting and output planning for CNC batches 3. Documentation & Quality Checks Record machine parameters and report deviations Conduct visual and measurement-based quality checks of finished parts Collaborate with the QA team for continuous improvement 4. Team Collaboration & Learning Participate in daily team briefings and process improvement discussions Be open to cross-functional training (design, materials, dispatch) Follow all company safety, quality, and operational SOPs What we offer: 1.
