Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to meet our organizational goals. Duties Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Utilize various sourcing methods such as social media management, cold calling, and networking to identify potential candidates. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Taleo to track candidate progress. Facilitate employee orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Develop relationships with universities for campus recruitment initiatives. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent management and recruiting. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law throughout the hiring process. Assist in employee evaluation processes and succession planning efforts. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes. Proficiency in technical recruiting across various roles within the organization. Experience in talent management practices that enhance employee engagement and retention. Excellent interviewing techniques that lead to successful candidate placements. Familiarity with HR sourcing methods and tools including Workday, Paychex, ADP, Salesforce, Kronos, UltiPro, and other HRIS systems. Knowledge of executive recruiting strategies as well as internal recruiting processes. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders. Ability to manage relationships effectively through relationship management techniques. Experience in training & development initiatives that support employee growth.
