Role & responsibilities NC Programming and Manufacturing Development: Create NC programs using CATIA V5 based on part geometry and programming guidelines. Validate NC programs through Vericut Software to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Develop setup sheets for machine operators to facilitate production. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with Aerospace manufacturing engineers on work packages, ensuring clear communication on project requirements and rework. Collaborate with production teams and vendors to enhance manufacturing processes and tooling design. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all NC programs and processes comply with safety and quality standards. Participate in the review and validation of tool designs and manufacturing processes. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of NC programs, process plans, and quality reports using MS Office applications. Technical Skills: Proficiency in GD&T (ASME Y14.5-2018) standards for mechanical design. Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and materials. Ability to create and interpret detailed engineering drawings. Skills & Experience: Expertise in Multi Axis NC Programming, 3D Modelling and Drafting using CATIA Familiarity with G&M-code, Vericut and Aero Structures Machining strategies. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
