Responsibilities 1. Install and set up the equipment and systems. 2. Ensure proper configuration and functionality of equipment. 3. Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance. 4. Participate in technical evaluations, use data to provide convincing reports, and possess strong skills in PPT presentations. 5. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, utilize personal knowledge and experience to resolve problems. 6. Write detailed reports of encountered problems, performed tests, and complete work. 7. Actively listen, understand and convey customer requirements, and implement any necessary corrective actions. 8. Provide feedback and collaborate with the internal team on quality and design-related issue. 9. Improve on customer support plans and build strong customer relationships. 10. Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. Qualifications 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical, Electrical / Electronic, Industrial) or equivalent 2. Well oral expression with self-driven motivation 3. Pleasant personality with the customer-oriented mindset 4. Fluent in English (spoken and written) 5. Good team player and multitasking capabilities 6. Located in New Delhi, India
