We are looking for a confident and well-organized female Office Coordinator & front office executive to manage daily office operations and client communication. The ideal candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and have strong communication skills to assist both the operations and sales teams effectively. Key Responsibilities Office Coordination: Manage day-to-day office activities and ensure smooth functioning of operations. Maintain attendance, office supplies, and coordination with vendors or service providers. Handle visitor management and front-desk responsibilities professionally. Telephonic & Lead Management: Make calls to potential clients and investors to promote company projects. Handle walk-in inquiries and inbound property inquiries from online portals such as 99acres, Magicbricks, and Housing.com. Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients with the sales team. Maintain follow-ups with leads and update CRM/lead sheets regularly. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of client data, property listings, and agreements. Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and appointments. Support the management team with administrative and operational tasks as needed. Candidate Requirements Education: Graduate in any stream (preferably Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Aviation Or Administration). Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Relations, Call Centres, office coordination, or real estate operations. Gender: Female candidates only. Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable with CRM or lead management tools. Strong multitasking and coordination abilities. Presentable, confident, and professional attitude.
