Magento Technical Support Engineer

Your Role: Join Adobe Commerce Cloud as a Technical Support Engineer and solve complex technical challenges to enhance customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary technical contact for Magento E-commerce issues. - Troubleshoot Linux-based environments, web applications, and databases. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues. - Ensure timely issue resolution within SLA guidelines. - Conduct log analysis to diagnose performance and infrastructure issues. - Create and maintain technical documentation. - Participate in on-call rotations and weekend support as required. What You Bring: - 5+ years in enterprise software or cloud support. - Expertise in Linux, Apache, NGINX, Redis, DNS, CDN, and SSL. - 2+ years of experience with Magento Commerce Cloud (preferred). - Proficiency in MySQL, database queries, and scripting languages (Node.js, Perl, Java, Python). - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
