Magento Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities
Build robust and scalable catalog management system that helps business quickly expand product assortment as well as launch new categoriesImprove discoverability of product pages by curating structured metadata in collaboration with business teamsBuild superior merchandizing, pricing and promotions engine that empower the category team to drive business outcomesWork with UX/UI teams to ensure the product category pages are intuitive, visually appealing, and conversion-focusedWork with cross functional teams to integrate new features or tools that improve category performanceCommunicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external stakeholdersMonitor and analyze ecommerce product performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and use this data to make informed decisions about product strategy and developmentStay up-to-date on ecommerce industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and developmentAnalyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and risks

Experience & Qualification Required
Overall experience of 5+ yrs with at least 3+ yrs in product management in a leading ecommerce companyExceptional problem-solving skills based on the first principles of thinkingGood understanding of technology, and comfort with product management processes such as A/B experimentation, writing product requirement documents, managing product backlogs, and creating roadmaps
