About the Role We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the Interiors & Architecture industry . This role is pivotal in expanding our client base, strengthening industry partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Success in this position looks like building long-term client relationships, identifying and converting new opportunities, and contributing directly to the company’s overall business growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the Interiors & Architecture market. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, designers, architects, and industry stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential leads. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with marketing, design, and operations. Track and report business development activities, sales progress, and performance metrics to leadership. Represent the organisation at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture/Interior Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (experience in Interiors/Architecture is an advantage). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
