As a Sales Manager in the After Sales Spare Parts division of the automobile industry, your role will involve developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Your strong understanding of automotive spare parts, excellent leadership skills, and proven track record in sales management will be essential for success in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Sales Strategy Development:** Develop comprehensive sales strategies to promote aftermarket spare parts sales, including identifying target markets, setting sales goals, and establishing pricing strategies. - **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, dealers, and distributors. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling spare parts to maximize revenue. - **Market Analysis:** Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Use insights to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition. - **Inventory Management:** Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock levels of spare parts. Monitor inventory turnover rates and implement strategies to minimize obsolete stock. - **Sales Forecasting and Reporting:** Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular sales reports for senior management.
