Role & responsibilities Conduct fundamental analysis of companies, including business model evaluation, industry analysis, and competitive positioning. Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, relative valuation, etc.) to forecast company earnings and valuation. Track sector developments, macroeconomic trends, and regulatory changes that may impact coverage companies. Write and publish research reports, earnings previews/reviews, and investment theses with actionable insights. Interact with company management, attend earnings calls, investor presentations, and industry conferences. Support institutional clients and internal stakeholders with timely data and analysis. Monitor and update investment recommendations based on news, results, and valuation metrics. Collaborate with sales, trading, and portfolio management teams to support decision-making. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in equity research, investment banking, or financial analysis. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, FactSet). Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. High attention to detail and strong critical thinking abilities.
