Machine Shop Maintenance Engineer

Prominent Consultant is hiring for a leading MNC Machine Manufacturing Company based in Sanand.

Experience:

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, SPM & conventional machines.

• Troubleshooting mechanical issueshydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, bearings, spindles, lubrication systems.

• Execution of maintenance schedules and documentation.

• Coordinating with production for planned/unplanned maintenance.

• Spares planning, inventory control & vendor coordination.

• Ensuring safety compliance, 5S & continuous improvement practices.

Skills Required:

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

• CNC/VMC/HMC machine maintenance expertise

• Knowledge of TPM, 5S, Kaizen

• Ability to read technical drawings & manuals

• Good communication & team coordination skills

Industry Preference:

• Machinery Manufacturing / Heavy Engineering / Machine Tools
