Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Catalog Specialist, based in Raipur with some work from home options. The Catalog Specialist will be responsible for managing and updating product catalogs, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information, and enhancing customer experience. The role involves analyzing catalog data, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring that customers have access to up-to-date and accurate product information. Qualifications Skills in Catalog Management and Catalogue maintenance Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams Experience in enhancing Customer Experience through accurate and comprehensive product information Attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with catalog software and e-commerce platforms is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
