Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing of our hygiene products.

Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments when needed.
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
Keep accurate records of production output and machine performance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in hygiene, FMCG, or similar manufacturing industries.
Strong mechanical understanding of machine functions.
Ability to follow instructions, read measurements, and perform basic calculations.
Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
