Job Profile: Lamination Machine Operator / Production Executive

Designation: Operator / Executive

Reporting To: Production Manager

● ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lamination Machine Operation

Operate and monitor lamination machines effectively and efficiently.

Ensure proper setup, operation, and shutdown procedures.

Maintain safety standards and handle minor troubleshooting.

Note: 8 Helpers required to assist in machine operation and material handling.

Production Summary & Reporting

Prepare daily production reports and update job status.

Record shift-wise production details and machine downtime if any.

Communicate timely with the production planning department.

Production Quality Control (Q.C.)

Monitor product quality during the shift and escalate quality issues.

Perform in-process checks and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Coordinate with the Q.C. team for sample approvals.

Raw Material Requisition

Raise timely raw material requirements based on production planning.

Ensure proper material issue and usage tracking.

Report any material damage, shortage, or excess to the Production Head.

Maintain Cleanliness & Workplace Discipline

Keep the machine and surrounding area clean and organized.

Follow 5S principles at the workplace.

Ensure no wastage or misuse of materials.

Coordination & Team Supervision

Guide and assign duties to helpers for material loading/unloading.

Ensure optimum manpower utilization and shift rotation.

Coordinate with maintenance, Q.C., and other departments for smooth workflow.

Machine Maintenance (Basic)

Perform minor preventive maintenance and inform for major repairs.

Maintain daily logbook for maintenance done and issues faced.

Safety & Compliance

Follow safety protocols and wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Report any accidents or unsafe conditions immediately.

Ensure compliance with company rules and regulatory norms.
