Machine Operator(3D Printer)

Shapecrunch is a health-tech company making custom orthopedic insoles and footwear using 3D printing and AI.

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a skilled 3D Printer Operator to handle daily 3D printing production and maintenance of machines used for custom orthopedic products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor 3D printers (FDM).
• Prepare print files and ensure quality output.
• Perform regular maintenance, calibration, and minor repairs.
• Inspect printed parts for accuracy and finish.
• Keep logs and coordinate with design/production teams.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
• 1–3 years of 3D printing experience preferred.
• Preferred Knowledge of 3D printing software (CATIA/SOLIDWORKS)
• Attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
