Machine Operator CNC/VMC & Quality Control

As a Machine Operator at Sansuve Industries LLP, your role will involve operating CNC, VMC, or conventional machines according to production schedules. You will also be responsible for supporting in-process and final inspection of components using measuring instruments, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards during production. Additionally, maintaining 5S discipline, machine cleanliness, and proper documentation, as well as collaborating with the quality team for process improvements, will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Qualifications and skills required for this position include having an education background of ITI/Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in machining, production, or quality inspection (freshers may also apply). You should have knowledge of CNC/VMC operations and measuring tools such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Dial Gauge, along with proficiency in the use of inspection tools. Understanding of GD&T, dimensional inspection methods, and engineering drawings with tolerances is essential. Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a teamwork attitude are also important qualities for this role.
