Position: Machine Learning Mentor

Location: Remote

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Machine Learning / AI projects

Roles & Responsibilities

• Mentorship & Guidance
• Provide training and guidance to students/trainees on Machine Learning concepts, tools, and real-world applications.
• Conduct live sessions, workshops, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Help learners build strong foundations in AI/ML through practical projects.
• Curriculum Support
• Assist in designing and improving ML course modules and study materials.
• Create simple, real-world case studies to help learners apply ML concepts.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in AI/ML.
• Practical Project Assistance
• Guide students in implementing ML algorithms and completing hands-on projects.
• Review assignments, projects, and provide constructive feedback.
• Support in preparing learners for internships or entry-level ML jobs.
• Technical Expertise
• Mentor learners on essential ML topics like supervised/unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, and basic deep learning concepts.
• Assist in using Python libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch basics).
• Encourage good coding practices and problem-solving skills.
• Student Engagement
• Motivate and inspire students throughout their learning journey.
• Actively engage through Q&A sessions, discussions, and social media learning groups.
• Provide personalized guidance for students struggling with concepts.

Key Skills & Qualities

• Strong knowledge of Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas).
• Basic understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch preferred).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics for beginners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mentoring mindset.
• Previous project or internship experience in ML/AI (minimum 6 months).

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Certifications in Machine Learning / AI (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
