As a Machine Learning Manager at our company located in Chandigarh-Mohali/Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in leading a high-performing team and driving the development of cutting-edge solutions. Your expertise in machine learning techniques and programming languages such as Python, R, Java, and Scala will be essential in designing and implementing scalable and efficient machine learning systems to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and architect scalable machine learning systems. - Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation. - Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members. - Drive best practices in coding, testing, and documentation. - Define scalable ML architectures and select appropriate tools and frameworks for efficient model development. - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful ML solutions. - Establish ML best practices, including lifecycle management and model governance. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning with a proven track record of leading ML teams. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Proficiency in Python, R, Java, and Scala. - Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. - Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture. - Excellent grasp of statistics and mathematics for building robust ML models. - Familiarity with MLOps and MLaaS is advantageous. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
