Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and translate them into technical solutions.

• Expertise in defining scalable ML architectures and selecting appropriate tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms (MLaaS) for efficient model development and deployment.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver impactful ML solutions.
• Skilled in establishing ML best practices, including lifecycle management, version control, model governance, and ethical AI standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of proven experience in Machine Learning, including experience leading ML teams and delivering high-end solutions.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align machine learning initiatives with business goals.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages: Python, R, Java, and Scala.
• Strong hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture principles.
• Excellent grasp of statistics and mathematics, critical for building robust ML models.
• Familiarity and practical experience with MLOps and MLaaS (Machine Learning as a Service) is highly advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists.
