Key Responsibilities: Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for real-time customer engagement and predictive analytics. Build scalable machine learning pipelines and deploy models into production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI-driven features. Process and analyze large-scale datasets to derive insights and improve model performance. Stay up to date with advancements in AI, deep learning, and machine learning technologies. Optimize algorithms for efficiency, scalability, and real-time inference. Conduct A/B testing and evaluate model effectiveness using appropriate performance metrics. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI model development.
