Machine learning Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to become a valuable member of our expanding team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of machine learning models aimed at addressing intricate business challenges. Your collaborative efforts with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers will bring forth innovative solutions. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities: - Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models across various applications such as recommendation systems, fraud detection, and natural language processing. - Working alongside data scientists to comprehend business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and choose suitable algorithms. - Preparing and refining data for the training and assessment of machine learning models. - Training, testing, and evaluating machine learning models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. - Monitoring and upkeeping deployed models in production, while identifying areas for enhancement. - Staying abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning research and adhering to best practices. - Effectively communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. To be considered a strong fit for this position, you should possess: - 3-7 years of experience in machine learning engineering. - Demonstrated proficiency in constructing and deploying machine learning models. - Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques like supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning. - Proficiency in Python. - Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. - Sound comprehension of machine learning algorithms, techniques, as well as LLM architecture and functionalities. - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional qualifications that would be advantageous: - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure. - Familiarity with MLOps tools and methodologies. - Contributions to open-source projects.
