Job Description

As a Machine Learning Engineer in Adobe's Firefly Gen AI Models and services group, you will play a crucial role in delivering groundbreaking generative AI experiences. Your responsibilities will include: - Optimizing and scaling state-of-the-art generative AI models. - Deploying AI-driven creative tools that empower millions globally. - Solving real-world challenges in AI scalability and production readiness. To succeed in this role, you will need: - A Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields, or a B.Tech with strong experience in AI/ML. - 8+ years of experience in the field. - Excellent communication and technical leadership skills. - Experience in tech working with a large number of contributors on time-sensitive and business-critical GenAI projects. - Hands-on experience with large-scale GenAI model pipelines and/or shipping ML features. - Strong collaboration skills and experience in working in a Matrix organization. Preferred experience includes: - Training or optimizing models (CUDA, Triton, TRT, AOT). - Converting models from various frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow to ensure compatibility and optimized performance across different platforms. - A good publication record in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
