Machine Learning and Strategy Special Projects

As an individual contributing to high-impact special projects at Ocugen, you will be responsible for applying data analytics across various domains such as research, clinical, and commercial. Your primary focus will involve collaborating with R&D and Corporate stakeholders to develop predictive AI/ML models using large-scale datasets. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the ophthalmology gene therapy strategy and implementation through impactful content creation. - Develop predictive AI/ML models using large-scale datasets in collaboration with R&D and Corporate stakeholders. - Shape the ophthalmology gene therapy strategy and implementation through impactful content creation. - Deploy machine learning tools for commercial activities such as commercial planning and launch timelines. - Ingest public data, perform data clean-up for model compatibility, integrate external and internal datasets, and optimize multi-model models. - Provide ad-hoc support to Commercial, Strategy, Business Development, and finance teams as needed. - BS, MS, Ph.D in computational biology, bioinformatics, machine learning, computer science, data analytics. - Proficiency in statistical analysis, specifically Markov Model. - Less than 1 year of industry experience. - Ability to work under tight deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. - Self-motivated with a focus on delivering high-quality, on-time results. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented approach. - Proven ability to identify and resolve issues and effectively manage timelines.
