Job Description

As a Machine Fitter at our company, you will play a crucial role in the engineering team by assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical components and machinery based on technical drawings and specifications. Your attention to detail and skills will be essential in ensuring the effective operation of machinery. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble and fit mechanical components and machines according to engineering drawings and blueprints - Install machinery and mechanical equipment at various sites or plants - Dismantle worn or damaged mechanical parts and replace them with new components - Conduct routine maintenance checks and preventive maintenance to keep machinery in optimal condition - Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Machine Fitter or similar role - Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills - Familiarity with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments - Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols Join us in this full-time position where your expertise as a Machine Fitter will contribute to the success of our engineering team.
