Candidate should have min 5+ Years of experience in Automotive Interior / Exterior trims design. Good knowledge on plastic part design & tooling feasibility with Tool direction definition, parting line & slider/ Lifter construction and master sections & Packing study. Hands on experience in UGNX or CATIA, Exposure on complex Surface 3D Modelling. Prior plastic part design experience in Interior/ Exterior Trims is must. Responsible for Design, Development, & Release of Interior Cockpit / Door components. Strong background knowledge in injection moulding & plastic manufacturing process. Ability to resolve design issues with analytical and problem-solving skills. Engineering knowledge of defined component(s) / system(s) design, function, performance, production & manufacturing requirements. Knowledge of Automotive trim product design and development cycles and its milestones/gateways & Timelines
