MacBook and Mobile Phone Technician

We are seeking a skilled MacBook and Mobile Phone Chip Level Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing Apple devices, including MacBooks and various mobile phones. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on MacBooks and mobile phones.
• Perform repairs, including screen replacements, battery swaps, and software installations.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs using the company’s ticketing system.
• Communicate with customers regarding their device issues, repair status, and provide estimates for services.
• Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and customer satisfaction.
• Keep the workspace organized and manage inventory of tools and parts.

Salary: 8500 - 10000MVR + Free Food + Accommodation + Medical Insurance + Work Visa Fees
