Essential Skills: · Patience, creativity, strong communication, and organization. · Understanding of child development principles. · Ability to act as a mediator and foster a positive atmosphere. Typical Duties: · Lead songs, storytelling, games, and art projects. · Manage snack and nap times. · Track developmental milestones and report to parents. · Collaborate with other educators.
