Capture site photographs with GPS location and a selfie with the customer on the site. Record geo-locations of comparable properties. Take photographs of the EB Board and bill. Collect and document the four boundary information of the site. Gather the market rate per square foot from various sources Update all the gathered informations in the site inspector Application.
