We are looking for a talented Django Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for building backend systems, APIs, dashboards, and scalable web applications using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF) . Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Development Develop and maintain Django-based web applications Build and optimize REST APIs using DRF Write efficient database models and queries Implement server-side logic, integrations, and authentication workflows Manage user roles, sessions, permissions, and security features Database & Backend Logic Design normalized database schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL) Write queries, views, stored procedures (if needed) Ensure data integrity, validation, and migration management API & Integration Integrate third-party APIs and services Build reusable components and libraries Implement file uploads, reports, dashboards, and notifications Performance & Quality Maintain high-quality, well-tested code Optimize performance of backend, queries, and APIs Troubleshoot bugs, run debugging sessions, and fix system issues Maintain documentation for modules and endpoints Collaboration Work closely with frontend developers (React/Vue/Angular) Coordinate with UI/UX, QA, and product teams Participate in code reviews and suggest improvements Required Technical Skills Strong understanding of Python & Django Experience with Django REST Framework (DRF) Good knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL Experience in: ORM Serializers & validation Authentication (JWT/Session) Model relationships API design Familiarity with Git / GitHub / GitLab Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics Soft Skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical tasks Good communication & teamwork Self-motivated and able to work independently Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools Education B.Tech / B.Sc IT / MCA / Diploma in Computer Science Certifications in Python, Django, or backend development are a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
