The individual will be responsible for operating and monitoring distillation, milling, and fermentation processes. Day-to-day tasks include managing equipment, ensuring process efficiency, maintaining safety protocols, overseeing shift operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Experience in distillation, milling, and fermentation operations Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements Ability to manage shift operations and lead a team Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work in an on-site, demanding environment Experience with industry-specific equipment and technology Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is preferred
