Job title: Quantity Surveyor, Billing Engineer (Facade Construction) Job Profile : Billing, Measurement & Reconciliation as per drawing To verify the quantities of materials purchased as per Drawing. Reconciliation of materials as per bill & site inward challans. Assist in preparation of Handing over Documents & Billing documents Assist in preparation of as build drawing as per site execution. To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the contractors as per recommendation from site Maintaining of all important documentation Ensures that Company policies and project procedures in terms of billing are being adhered to All jobs as assigned by VP Projects. Preparation of client billing with MD sheet. Getting it verified from client. Checking or preparing the bills for subcontract / Vendors. Verification of quantities and quality of product delivered. Material Management. Site supervision for Facade and Cladding related projects To conduct daily site visits and update MIS for progress of work To follow up with contractors and update deadlines in MIS Preparation of Running Bills of the projects and getting it certified as per word orders Study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings in consultation with the Project Manager. Assist in identification and preparation of extra items and coordination with procurement department Should be well verse with Autocad drawings

Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., milling, turning, lathe, or router) according to engineering drawings and blueprints. Load raw materials and tooling, input program codes, and verify machine settings. Monitor machining operations to ensure products meet required specifications and tolerances. Perform regular machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance. Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Identify and troubleshoot machining issues, making necessary adjustments to improve output. Maintain accurate production records and report deviations or defects to supervisors. Adhere to safety, quality, and operational standards at all times.
