The Sales Manager Sales will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of sales strategies, managing client relationships, supporting site-based sales activities, and helping convert leads into bookings. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Sales Execution & Client Management: Assist the Head of Sales in achieving sales targets across residential projects. Conduct site visits, presentations, and follow-ups with potential buyers to convert leads into bookings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through the sales lifecycle. Lead Management & Reporting: Manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels (digital, walk-ins, events). Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate weekly sales reports. Support Sales Strategy: Contribute to pricing strategies, sales offers, and project positioning in coordination with the marketing team. Provide inputs on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities. Sales Collateral & Coordination: Ensure that brochures, presentations, project details, and other sales tools are up-to-date. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign support and promotional events. Site Office & Event Support: Be present at the sales lounge/site office to assist in customer walk-ins, launch events, and open house days. Willing to work over weekends Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all customer touchpoints. Candidate Profile: 1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. 2. 5 - 8 years of experience in real estate or high-value B2C sales (automotive, insurance, hospitality, etc.). 3. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. 4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NoBrokerHood, HubSpot) and MS Office. 6. Fluency in English and Kannada is preferred. (Conversational Hindi is desirable) Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-oriented mindset. Revenue driven, Hungry for sales closures Pleasing/pleasant personality.
