This role involves coordinating with publishers, media agencies, creative teams, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective placement of print advertisements that align with the company’s marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement print media strategies in alignment with overall marketing plans. Identify suitable print platforms (newspapers, magazines, journals, brochures, etc.) based on target audience and campaign objectives. Negotiate rates, placements, and schedules with media vendors and publication houses. Coordinate with creative and design teams to ensure ad materials meet publication specifications. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and ROI, providing detailed reports and insights. Manage print media budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within approved costs. Maintain strong relationships with print media partners and agencies. Stay updated on market trends, readership data, and competitor advertising strategies. Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company communication standards across all print materials. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in print media planning or media buying (agency or corporate). Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in media planning tools and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of print production processes and timelines. Ability to analyze media metrics and campaign effectiveness. Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities.
