Responsible for providing correct & effective presentation to existing & prospective customers about products & their applications. Responsible for developing positive and long-term customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction, and build brand loyalty To collect the various relevant market information and collect data on competitive product usage & submit it to the immediate Supervisor To respect and work within the systems and the values of the company. To ensure complete coverage of doctors as per the specifications and classifications are given by the Company. To implement the sales strategies in the respective territory of the Company by identifying customer needs and closing sales calls to achieve targets. To attend OTs, as and when required Key account management. Timely reporting with weekly reports and trackers for focus products. To travel to Pan India to attend training sessions, meetings and conferences. Education Qualification & Skills Education: Minimum qualification: Graduation (science or Engineering background preferred. BTech in Biotech/Biomedical Engineering)/B Pharma MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage Required experience: 2-3 years experience in selling consumables, disposables, sterilization products, medical devices, Surgical equipment or Wound Closure Product segment Experience in Handling and Generating Sales and Referrals with Doctors and OT Staff is Mandatory. Technically Sound in Terms and Networking with Hospitals, Distributing Agents. Selling Skills like opening sales calls, probing, closing a call. Prior training in soft skills will be an added advantage. Mandatory skills: Self-motivated Good Communication Skills Core Selling Skills Good Customer Relationship Management Skills Travelling and Promoting in different cities Desired skills: Basic internet skills Exposure to healthcare business Should be willing to learn clinical aspects of company products & their applications in various surgeries Training of Products and pitching of products and its usage to the target customer will be provided in routine and as and when required, to get updated with any new products and market.
