Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Begusarai for the position of Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the project site, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating tasks among team members, and maintaining project timelines. Additional responsibilities include monitoring resource allocation, conducting quality inspections, and liaising with project managers and clients to ensure objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Project coordination and team supervision skills with the ability to lead and delegate tasks effectively. Knowledge of safety protocols and onsite compliance requirements to maintain a safe working environment. Strong understanding of mechanical or industrial engineering concepts and practical site application. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and keep projects on schedule. Proficiency in time management and resource allocation to meet deadlines and maintain operational efficiency. Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members, project managers, and clients clearly and professionally. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, as well as proficiency in CAD software and project management tools.
