Hard earned money was invested with trust and hope for a decent return to a basic future security. Since 8-10 years a faded board is the only visual on the supposed land, the location of which even today is a doubt for almost all the members.

Very Bad experience. Invested 10 years Back in one of their projects, not even a single inch of development. They don't deserve any star, rather shoud be minus 5. The rating shown in the website is Fake. Kindly take advice and avoid investing with them. They are biggest cheaters, fraudsters.

Shoddy company with unethical and immoral management. After many years of collecting money from people instead of showing progress, they are threatening people, asking for more money, talking in uncivil and rude language.

Stay away from this developer. Such a painful experience. M&M did not deliver the project even after 10 years. The M&M developer threatens people if money is asked back.

Very unprofessional developer who takes money from people and asks customers to get money from people who don't pay as an excuse to develop plots of people who have paid. Do not trust this developer.
