Absolutely non-trustworthy developers.. Do not fall into their trap of promises and commitments they make.. Its been nearly 8 yrs on a project in Bengaluru that i have invested and no progress has been made at all.. Please think 100 times before investing your money with them..

Worst Developer I ever experienced, they won't bother us once we finished with the investment. After the span of 10 year period what ever situation you faced they won't give your site or money back and won't respond your queries.. Please stop investing on it.

It’s been 10 years we invested our hard earned money, not a single site is allocated till now, there are 100’s of customers are cheated by this developer. Do not invest with them.

Please don’t fall into their trap , I have booked flat in IVC road in 5 years back . Till now no progress but demanding for additional money . playing with middle class ppl life .

It has been more than 6 years that we invested with them and the plots are not even DC Converted. The Employees are irresponsible giving lame reasons for delay. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY here.

Fraud developer. It's been 9 yrs and they haven't developed sites. Taken money from 1500+ people for IVC project. Plz avoid investing here.

Worst developer in bangalore, won't develop anything , enjoying on public money. Very arrogant and no development shown from past 6years. Didn't deserve even 1star.

It has been 6 years that we invested in Midlake Phase 1 Project, and the plots are not even DC Converted. The Employees are irresponsible giving lame reasons for delay. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY here. We are literally tired following up even after 100% payments.

Invested in HFWDES project almost 8 years back, no signs of development of site. Demanding subsequent payments without showing any signs of progress. Zero professionalism!
