A Glass Works, based on-site in Nagpur. In this role, you will manage business operations, engage with clients to understand their requirements, oversee the supply and delivery of products, and maintain relationships with vendors and customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory, ensuring quality control of products, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Qualifications Knowledge and expertise in glass products, including car window glass, decorative glass, and laminated glass Strong customer relationship management and communication skills Experience in managing inventory, supply chain, and quality control operations Business development and marketing acumen, with the ability to identify and leverage growth opportunities Organizational and time management skills to effectively oversee multiple responsibilities Proven entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving results and optimizing processes Previous experience in the glass industry or wholesale business is an advantage Ability to operate independently and problem-solve efficiently
