Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 8–15 sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets Monitor team performance on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, call quality, productivity) Provide regular coaching, feedback, and motivation to ensure high team morale and performance Conduct one-on-one sessions and team meetings to address challenges and improve output Ensure adherence to the sales script, call flow, and customer handling protocols Prepare and share performance reports, MIS, and dashboards with management Train new joiners and ensure their smooth onboarding into the sales process Handle escalations and resolve client/customer issues effectively Collaborate with the management to improve strategies and optimize process flow Required Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in outbound/inbound calling or telesales processes Good knowledge of CRM tools and dialer systems Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and report generation Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Sales-driven mindset with the ability to influence and inspire team members Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Additional certifications in sales or management are a plus
