Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven, articulate, and design-conscious Sales Executive/Manager who can convert inquiries into long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a natural flair for storytelling, presentation, and client trust-building—especially with architects, interior designers, developers, and high-end homeowners. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound leads for doors, windows, façades, and metal construction solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations. Understand technical specifications, pricing, and project timelines to create proposals and quotations. Collaborate with the operations team for smooth project handovers. Maintain an updated sales tracker and CRM (Google Sheets / HubSpot). Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent Earthnest at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events. Regularly follow up on project leads, architect commissions, and referrals.
