Job Description

Key Responsibilities Wardrobe Curation: Source, select, and coordinate high-end, designer, and custom pieces to build a sophisticated, versatile wardrobe. Styling & Fittings: Provide on-call styling for events, photo shoots, business meetings, and travel; coordinate fittings and alterations. Trend Research: Stay current on fashion trends, emerging designers, and exclusive collections; anticipate seasonal changes and opportunities. Brand Alignment: Ensure every look reflects the founder’s personal brand, values, and public image while maintaining uniqueness. Closet Management: Maintain an organized wardrobe system, archive looks, and manage inventory (including digital lookbooks). Vendor & Designer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury brands, personal shoppers, PR reps, and tailors. Travel Styling: Plan, pack, and style for domestic and international travel, including events with varying climates and cultural expectations. Discretion & Professionalism: Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and adaptability.
