Technical Sales Coordinator- Female Job Location - South Delhi Job description Roles and Responsibilities 1. Job is office based and mainly telephonic. 2. Supports for the Tendering documentation and call follows up. 3. Managing Business account for Amazon and Indiamart online portal for sales lead. 4. Product demos and client handling. 5. Inventory management and reporting. 6. Payment follow up from client. 7. Cash and payment handling with bank. 8. Sales traveling with service engineer for product demos and training. 9. Coordination with clients for orders - tracking enquiries, conversions, etc 10. Answering phone calls and replying to emails from customers 11. Coordination with accounts team / warehouse 12. Coordination with Customers on order dispatch and internal coordination 13. Follow up for outstanding service matters, occasionally. 14. Updating the records 15. Generating MIS reports. 16. Must have valid driving licence and 2/4 Wheeler for meeting and travels. 17. Geography needed to capture from South Delhi Office to Across India Operation. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Good spoken English communication. 2. Draft emails for business communication. 3. Well versed with MS Office especially in MS Word / Excel. 4.
