We create bespoke statement pieces that bring luxury and uniqueness to modern homes and workspaces. Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Tele caller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to overall sales growth by effectively communicating the value of Luxerwood’s premium handmade furniture. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries. Explain product features, customizations, and pricing of Luxerwood’s furniture offerings. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable furniture solutions. Maintain accurate customer records and update the sales database. Follow up with leads to ensure consistent engagement and conversion. Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth order processing. Achieve weekly and monthly call and sales targets. Provide excellent customer service to create a premium brand experience. Requirements Proven experience as a tele caller, tele sales representative, or similar customer service role (1–2 years preferred). Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and local languages. Strong sales orientation and ability to meet targets. Basic understanding of furniture, interior design, or luxury product sales (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining call logs and sales data.
