Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Chef. The role is located in Kodaikanal, but some work from home is acceptable. The Executive Chef will oversee daily operations of the kitchen, develop menus, ensure quality control, manage kitchen staff, order supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The candidate will also be responsible for creating exceptional culinary experiences for guests, maintaining high standards of food presentation, and staying updated with industry trends. Qualifications Culinary skills, menu development, and recipe creation Kitchen management, staff supervision, and training Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food quality standards Experience in high-end or luxury hospitality industry Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a hybrid setting with flexibility A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
