The Tour Guide will be responsible for leading guided tours, providing historical and cultural information, ensuring exceptional customer service, and occasionally assisting with sales. The role is based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home. Qualifications Guided Tours and History knowledge Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Sales experience Excellent organizational and time management skills Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the travel industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree in History, Tourism, or related field
