Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Head to play a pivotal role in our growth journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing CRM systems, and maintaining accurate sales reports. Responsibilities:Sales Team Management Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support for individual and team development. CRM Management Implement and oversee CRM tools for efficient customer relationship management. Ensure timely and accurate data entry, tracking, and utilization of CRM functionalities. Reporting & Analysis Develop and maintain detailed sales reports. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Sales & Business Development Actively promote and sell products to new and existing customers. Demonstrate product knowledge and support the sales team. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively. Market Research Identify potential leads and new business opportunities. Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments. Collaboration Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies. Ensure seamless teamwork and communication within the department. Requirements:Experience: Proven experience in sales team management, CRM usage, and report maintenance. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. CRM Expertise: Proficiency in CRM tools. Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Location: Must be based in Chennai — candidates from Pallavaram, Pammal, and surrounding 10 KM areas are highly preferable.
